A seasoned professional with a diverse background, she is an academician, consultant, and researcher in Civil Engineering with over 22 years of professional experience. She holds a doctorate in Civil Engineering, specializing in Lean and Sustainable Construction. She also has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Operations Management.
Her extensive experience spans teaching, industry, and consulting. Throughout her academic career, she has been actively involved in training, assessment, and evaluation at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her areas of interest include Sustainability assessment, Lean and sustainability integration, Green building, Process improvement, and Quality management.
She is passionate about aligning education with the evolving needs of the industry and is eager to contribute to the collaboration between academia and industry.
