At NICMAR, Hyderabad, doctor is available on-campus in the evenings from 6:00 pm – 08:00 pm. To ensure that our students’ are strong not just physically but mentally too, we work to ensure medical assistance is always available.
Overview
Medical consultations and first aid facilities are provided to all students and employees on campus absolutely free of cost. While emergency ambulance services are just a call away, we also have urgent vehicles on standby for patient care, day or night.

A dedicated Medical Inspection Room is available at the ground floor of MDC Block. This medical room is progressively equipped with all modern facilities, and provides consultancy and necessary guidance for further treatment of the patients.

NICMAR provides yearly group personal accident insurance of Rs. 1,00,000 and Mediclaim insurance of Rs. 50,000 together that covers all students for a period of 2 years.

At the end of the day, the goals are simple: safety and security. We have created a squad of expert security guards that offer the best services to NICMAR according to the essentials. Not only do our squad protect places, but they also protect people. You can focus on your engagements while our squad is on duty.
Overview
Safety measures are adequately in place for the entire campus in the potential manner. Sophisticated systems like fire safety alarms, fire extinguishers, and firefighting water systems with standard hoses are strategically positioned throughout the campus.
Security guards are specially trained to manage any safety related contingency. Training on safety and first aid is conducted periodically for the students and staff.
24X7 monitored CCTV cameras are installed all over the campus to make the campus ragging free, secure and safe, especially for girl students. It also aids in maintaining a general discipline on the campus. NICMAR has always had a 'No Ragging' environment and anyone found guilty of ragging and/or abetting ragging is punished as per law.

Security Squad
At NICMAR we understand that security is an ongoing process. With a squad of 18 security personnel positioned across crucial points of the institution, the campus is secured with round the clock vigilance at the main entrance and exit points as well.

NICMAR Hyderabad is equipped with advanced surveillance systems which are placed across the campus for the safety of the students and employees. From common walk paths to academic blocks, from hostel corridors to mess, from entrance to exit gates we ensure 24x7 vigilance to ensure the safekeeping of the campus.
Wardens
Both male & female wardens are available in the hostels incessantly to ensure that the students are safe and secured also ensuring that the decorum of the hostel is maintained.
Auditorium
The indoor auditoria which is centrally air conditioned is used for organizing National & International Seminars / Conferences/ Workshops, Guest Lectures of national and international repute, Campus placement talks, Student Tech-Festivals, Students' meets, Alumni meets, Parents meets, Cultural programmes, etc. can host a total of 300 students. The auditoria is equipped with state-of-the-art acoustics to provide the best of experience to the audience.

Apart from this two Mini Conference Halls with sealing capacity of 40 people with air conditioned facility is made available for the students.
Syndicate Rooms
At NICMAR we know that working as a team is an acute skill in this competitive world henceforth our students learn to master the skills in Syndicate Rooms. These Syndicate Rooms offer a seamless setting to acquire team skills through exercises like brain-storming sessions, group discussions, role-plays etc.
Athletics
NICMAR has worthy indoor and outdoor sports amenities viz., indoor gymnasium, running tracks, cricket ground, football ground, volleyball and basketball courts, badminton courts etc. Students are encouraged to participate in sports and cultural programmes. NICMAR encourages girl students to participate in games and sports and extracurricular activities. There is a separate gym timings for girl students. Many students have participated in state level and national level sports competitions and won medals and prizes. Hostels are equipped with caroms, chess etc. like recreation and indoor game facilities for the students.
Banking
UNION Bank of India provide the needful support to the campus by establishing a branch of with all banking facilities like new accounts, deposits & withdrawals, cheques etc. UNION Bank of India ATM is available within the campus premises. HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Bank of Baroda, Union Bank of India and many other financial institutions assist the students of the institution to offer Educational loans. Employees can also avail housing loans, personal loans etc. from these banks.
