Dr Phadtare completed his graduation in Mechanical Engineering and worked for Cooper Engineering - one year, Jaya Hind Sciaky - three years and Ingersoll Rand for fifteen years. He then shifted to teaching profession and has since worked for Vishwakarma Institute of Mgmt. Pune and Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad. He is currently Professor & Interim Dean of SoPM. He has published extensively in prestigious journals, written four books published by reputed publishers and successfully guided six PhD scholars. His areas of interest are Project Marketing, Strategic Management, Project Risk Management and Contracts Management.

Dr. Tushar Jadhav is passionate in promoting teaching and research in the areas of HVAC, Project Management and Building services (MEP services). He holds a Bachelor’s, Master’s and Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute, Inc., USA and a certified IGBC – AP by Indian Green Building Council. His research interests include Project Management, MEP and BIM for MEP.

Dr. Balon holds a PhD in Management Studies from the Indian Institute of Technology in Roorkee, India, an M.E. in Industrial Engineering & Management from SGSITS Indore, and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Barkatullah University in Bhopal, India. He has more than 12 years of experience in the business world, in academia, and in research. His areas of expertise in research and consulting include ways for increasing productivity as well as techniques for developing and managing suppliers, supply chains, green and sustainable SCM, and sustainable manufacturing. Numerous conferences, seminars, and other national and international programmes have been organised by him. More than 15 of his research articles have been successfully published in a variety of national and international journals and conferences.

Dr. ANAND PRAKASH holds a doctoral degree from Birla Institute of Technology (Mesra, Ranchi), a postgraduate degree with specialization in Marketing Management & Computer Management from Indira Institute of Management, Pune University, and a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from M.S.R.I.T., Bangalore University. He is engaged in post-graduate teaching, guidance to research scholars and undertakes projects in the fields of Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, and Digitalization.

Dr. Milind D. Jagtap, is a Senior Associate Professor at NICMAR University, Pune. Dr. Milind is B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, M. Tech. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, & Fellow of NITIE.  He teaches specialized courses such as Advances in Project management and Management of New product development to MBA students of Advanced Project Management. His research has been published in International Journal of Construction Supply Chain Management, International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management, & International Journal of Managing Projects in Business. He is the recipient of PMI India Emerging Research Scholar Award 2019 and Best research paper award 2016.

With a blend of industry and teaching experience, Dr. Avinash Bagul holds a Mechanical Engineering degree with MBA in Marketing Management, and Ph.D. in SCM from IIT Bombay. He delivers courses including Operations Research, Operations Management, and Business Statistics. His research revolves around supply chain challenges faced by the industry which has resulted in publications featured in international journals and conferences. He has been extensively involved in fostering the academic and professional development of the students.

Dr. Devang Desai is a Mechanical Engineer from NIT, Surat and has postgraduate and doctorate degree in Marketing Management. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporates and academics. His teaching & research interest includes Marketing Management, Business Development & Project Marketing, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management.

Dr. K.T. Vigneswara Rao graduated from Acharya Nagarjuna University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and a postgraduate degree in commerce. He also has a master’s degree from Pondicherry University in financial management. He is a fellow of the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. His areas of expertise are project appraisal and control, financial and management accounting, and financial management in construction. His research interests include corporate cash holdings, panel data, and capital structure.

Dr. Roshan Raju is an academician in the area of Operations Management. He has completed his Ph.D. degree from the National Insurance Academy, Pune in the area of Tourism. His research interest is focused on process optimization, digital transformation, tourism, entrepreneurial ventures, and sustainability.  He has taught courses like Operations management, Lean management, Six sigma, Supply chain management, Inventory management, Operations research, Theory of constraints and Statistics.

I have 22 years experience in working Indian and International firms where I was responsible for coordinating, managing, monitoring and controlling engineering projects. In addition, I have gained 20 years working experience in NICMAR. My core areas are Project Management, Advanced Project Management, Construction Project Management, Project Procurement and Materials Management, International Project Management, Strategic Management and Principles and Practices of Management. I am a Member of Academic Advisory Group (AAG) of PMI South Asia and I have received Distinguished Scholar Award 2021 from PMI South Asia.
