Author Guidelines

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit papers to NLPGRS-2025, for evaluation by the organizing and Technical Committee.

Review Process:

Each submission will undergo a double-blind review process.

Prior to being evaluated, each submission will undergo a plagiarism check. Excluding references, the threshold for similarity should be less than 10%.

Papers submitted for publication in affiliated journals/proceedings will undergo the review procedure of the respective publication.


Awards:

Cash prize of Rs 10,000/- for best paper across all tracks presented in NLPGRS-2025

Cash prize of Rs 10,000/- for best IEV Development proposal

Certificate for best paper in each track of NLPGRS-2025


Publication Opportunities:

Selected Papers will be published as chapters in an edited book with ISBN.
Details of potential publication opportunities in peer reviewed journals will be updated soon

Note:

To obtain a certificate of participation and consideration for publication, all authors in each article must register and pay separately.

Only presented papers will be considered for publication.
