NICMAR Business School (NBS), a constituent of NICMAR University, aims at providing holistic education to develop dynamic professionals who will lead businesses in the new era. NBS endeavours to create an immersive environment to explore and hone creativity, imbibe knowledge and develop life skills through experiential learning. The broader objective of NBS is to provide pragmatic solutions for industry, society and nation at large through state-of-the-art research.

The objective of the School is to share the concepts, tools, techniques and perspectives of General Management with the students of NICMAR post graduate programmes as well as the participants of the training programmes. School houses 103 courses taught across all the programmes by 28 full-time faculty members and 3 adjunct-faculty members, thus making the biggest school in NICMAR. Majority of the faculty members come with rich industry experience and are thus able to provide academic as well as practical insights to the students making teaching-learning more meaningful. The faculty typically use classroom discussions, case analysis and role play as pedagogical tools to make teaching-learning effective and enjoyable. Over 70% of the faculty members hold Ph.D. degree and some others are pursuing their Ph.D. from recognized universities.
