“I dream of a Digital India where quality education reaches the most inaccessible corners driven by Digital Learning.” - Shri Narendra Modi, Honourable Prime Minister of India.
Quality education that is accessible and expands the knowledge quotient of young minds (future generations) is fundamental to the rise of a nation. For it is the youth who are the torch bearers of a brighter future where each and everyone irrespective of their backgrounds has access to the fountain of learning and knowledge.
NICMAR has always been a pioneer in providing quality education for the AEC sector with a strong legacy of having been a major supplier of key talent over four decades. Now having added a feather in this cap by evolving into a reputed University, the aspect of availing high quality of education has taken the driver seat. In line with this commitment, NU has established the Internal Quality Assurance Cell that would be the driving force towards exemplary quality education offerings in higher education.
From focusing on faculty training programs; innovative pedagogies; curriculum designs; course quality and teaching feedback to ensuring the amalgamation of digital technologies towards the creation of student-centric enhanced quality learning guidelines and adherence; this cell will epitomize the high standards that NU upholds in alignment with NAAC parameters and NEP 2020. Although at its nascent phase, the IQAC team has already made its mark by organizing some great talks and engaging in discussions on upholding quality standards and alignment with key metrics at the university level. It was heartening to see that the initiatives were well received and appreciated by all participants, including by the keynote speakers as they stood pleasantly surprised by the quality commitment of NU at even the early evolving stages.
NU believes that an outlook on quality learning with a student-centric focus is key to providing value to the aspirational youth as they imbibe their trust in this reputed institution for their career journey and knowledge enhancement. We intend to uphold these high standards as ever and keep adding more feathers to our decorated cap!
Warm regards,
