Dear NICMAR Students,
Training and Placements at NICMAR Delhi-NCR are to guide students to choose right career and to impart knowledge, proficiency, and ability and meet the manpower necessities of the Industry. The industry is always on the lookout for students who are effervescent, energetic personalities and are equipped to accept encounters with good communication expertise. We as an institute are unique in concept and exemplary in its performance. Since the launch of the programs we have been receiving enthusiastic response from the industry looking at the great demand of construction managers as this program is a confluence of technical education with managerial applications.
Our past recruiters include the who’s who of CRIP industry. We have successfully met the industry aspirations by continuously revising and updating the syllabus as per the current requirement. Impressed by the excellent performance of our alumni, our past recruiters have always preferred to patronize us. We have been meeting the need of construction industry for last 33 years and we will continue to strive for excellence in this regard. We take this pride to inform you that we are the only institute in India to impart this specialized program for more than 03 decades.

About Us
Placement Office at NICMAR Delhi-NCR is the centralized Campus Placement Division across courses established to assist corporates in gratifying their ‘Fresher & Skillful Hiring’ requirements through Campus Placements. PO acts as a single window for all the communications and coordination between the company and NICMAR, NCR.
With increase in demand for knowledgeable, talented, and devoted people in the industry, the key focus of all the stakeholders in the NICMAR is to prepare students for their successful career progression and make them industry ready. The curriculum is aligned to the industry landscape by taking inputs from the Board who happened to be the veterans of CRIP sector, it becomes easier to provide exposure to students on emerging trends apart from fostering interactive sessions with business leaders.
The Placement season at NICMAR Delhi-NCR is a year-long event, which starts in July- August every year and ends in the month of May-June. The continuous process of the season include mock tests, simulated GDs, mock interviews and various personality development courses. The placements are systematized majorly in 2 phases. Phase 1 is piloted in the pre-final semester whereas phase 2 is organized in the final semester for the graduating students. Over 100 + companies with National and International presence across the CRIP sector are invited to participate in the Annual Campus Placements at NICMAR Delhi-NCR. After completion of their first year, Two year course students are mandated to undergo an internship programme to which assistance is also provided by PO which will enable exposure to functional areas in various departments of the Company.
