Prof. (Dr.) Rajesh Goyal graduated in Civil Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra (earlier RECK) in year 1998 and PhD in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee in year 2007. Dr. Goyal is Gold Medalist in M.Tech. (Structures) from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.

His main area of research is High rise construction, construction management, new construction material and wind/Tornado effects on structures. He did research in Germany, Japan and Czech Republic as Post-Doctoral Fellow (PDF) under prestigious DAAD fellowship of Germany, MEXT Fellowship of Japan and Academy of Sciences fellowship of Czech Republic. Presently he is a collaborative researcher at Wind Engineering Research Centre, Tokyo Polytechnic University, Japan. He is also a visiting faculty of Selinus University, Italy.

Dr. Goyal is having long experience in academics, research and administration at National and International Institutes & Universities. He has travelled widely across many countries for various research and academic activities. He is having more than 50 research papers in his credit published in national and international conferences/Journals. Dr. Goyal is editor of NICMAR-Journal of construction management. Also, he is a founding member of Board of Management of NICMAR University, Pune. Presently he is serving as Professor in School of Construction, Dean-NICMAR Doctoral School and Dean of Infrastructure & Planning at NICMAR University, Pune.

Prof. (Dr.) Amit Goel holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Civil Engineering from PEC, Chandigarh (CFTI), and Ph.D. (fulltime) in Civil Engineering (Transportation Systems: NDT&E) IIT Kanpur (CFTI). He has over 20 years of experience teaching at topmost NIRF ranked Universities of 6 states in India, including BITS PILANI and IIT Gandhinagar. He served as a visiting scientist at NTU Singapore (QS rank 11) and at BAM, Berlin, Germany. His research interests are in area of Road Asset Management Systems including the development of robotic condition evaluation systems. He has been involved in many sponsored research and consultancy projects from Government and private sectors. He was the mentor and part of National winning team in BIM-Design competition and represented India at Autodesk University Conference, USA, 2013.

Prof. Saurabh Jindal, Assistant Professor at NICMAR Delhi-NCR, is a Real Estate, Urban Development Planning, and Land Policy expert. He is an architect-urban planner who graduated in Architecture from DCRUST Murthal in Haryana in 2009. He received his Post-Graduate degree in Urban and Rural Planning (MURP) in 2011 from IIT Roorkee, Uttarakhand, and is also pursuing his Ph.D. at IIT Roorkee. He has over thirteen years of professional experience including eight years of academic experience in NICMAR and five years of industrial experience. He has experience working with the Delhi Development Authority as Assistant Director (Planning), Feedback Infra Private Limited, a leading infrastructure service headquartered in Gurugram, and the architectural firms Design Associates Inc. and Fountainhead Design Private Limited.

Dr. Nakul Gupta is currently working as Associate Professor in NICMAR NCR. He graduated in Civil Engineering in year 2009. He received his Masters degree in Construction Technology and Management in 2011 and PhD in Civil Engineering in year 2016. His main area of research is Sustainable Concrete and Tornado effects on structures. Presently he is a collaborative researcher at Wind Engineering Research Centre, Tokyo Polytechnic University, Japan.

Dr. Gupta is having long experience in academics of around 13 years. He is having more than 100 research papers in his credit published in national and international conferences/Journals. He also has 5 patents granted and has guided 5 Ph.Ds. till date. He has also done many consultancies in the field of “Non-Destructive Testing” of residential and commercial buildings.

Dr. Binaya Patnaik has 22 years of experience in Academics, Industry, and Research in the field of Civil Engineering across different geographical locations like India, Africa, and the UK. He holds a Ph.D. followed by a PDF in Civil Engineering.

Dr. Patnaik has 35 research publications and has presented over 30 research papers at conferences in India and abroad. He has advised 59 M.Tech students as the major advisor for their research and has been working as a visiting professor to 8 different govt. universities in Ethiopia, East Africa. He has also led several research projects as a principal investigator funded by the United Nations and the Ministry of Education, Ethiopia.

Of Industry experience, Dr. Patnaik is a PMP-certified professional who has worked as a Project Manager for HSBC Bank in India and the UK for over a decade and has been instrumental in the successful delivery of several projects.
