The NICMAR Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) Delhi-NCR campus has been approved by the AICTE in 2024. The campus is well equipped with classrooms, seminar halls, library, computer labs, sports facilities, offices for the faculty and administration, hostel, dining and sports facilities. At NICMAR Delhi-NCR, the environment is conducive for educational and research pursuits as well as overall mental, physical and socio-cultural development. We are known for our rigorous curriculum, state-of-art learning pedagogies, industry-focused approach, and close ties to the construction industry. Our flagship two-year PGDM programmes in Advance Construction Management (ACM) and Advance Project Management (APM), and one-year PGCM programme in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (QSCM) have been designed to take highly talented students and turn them into the industry leaders of the future. We are recognized by industry for producing qualified individuals in the fields of construction management, real estate management, infrastructure management and project management (CRIP sectors).
