• Why should I attend this summer school?

  If you are in your pre final year of graduation, attending this summer school will expose you to different domains of construction project management, which can help you choose your professional career path.

• What will I do during summer school?

  During summer school, you will go on site visits to construction projects, participate in peer learning, attend guest lectures from industry professionals and eminent professors, and explore your area of interest through faculty mentoring.

• What is the duration of the summer school?

  The summer school is one month or four weeks long and takes place during the month of May 2023.

• What is the mode of delivery for the summer school?

  The summer school is fully residential and will take place on campus.

• Who can apply for the summer school?

  The summer school is open to those who are currently pursuing their pre-final year of Engineering/Architecture graduate studies.

• Are there any shortlisting criteria for the summer school?

  Yes, students will be shortlisted based on the evaluation of their filled application, which comprises a writeup, academic record, and interest in pursuing a career in the construction sector (real estate, infrastructure, project management, etc.).

• How many available seats are there for the summer school?

  There are 50 available seats for the summer school.

• Will I receive a certificate upon completing the summer school?

  Absolutely, you will receive a certificate upon completion of the program.

• Can I stay outside the campus during the summer school?

  Unfortunately, no. The summer school requires team participation activities during the program and is designed to be fully residential.

• Is there an evaluation process to receive a certificate?

  Yes, there is an assessment process that will be shared by the concerned faculty during the program.

• Can students from Mechanical / IT / CSE / Electrical / etc. apply for the summer school, and how will it benefit them?

  Yes, students from all engineering disciplines can benefit from attending the summer school as construction projects involve multidisciplinary activities. The program provides insights into current and future trends in the construction sector.

• Do I need to submit a NOC with my application?

  It is requested that you submit a NOC along with confirmation of attending the summer school if you are shortlisted.
