Perceptive knowledge, brilliant expertise, and incisive analysis with a multidisciplinary emphasis. At NICMAR’s Research and Consultancy department, intelligent minds are always at work addressing the evolving issues and discovering the next big thing.

From the desk of

Dean Research and Development

The NICMAR University of Construction Studies (NUCS) faculty has made a significant contribution to the creation of new knowledge in the Built Environment discipline. The NUCS Research and Development Department offers a dynamic research atmosphere and supports faculty members in presenting their work at international conferences and publishing in reputable, high-impact journals.

The University's Seed Money Scheme helps faculty members create a plan for obtaining financed research projects by offering them considerable financial awards and academic support. The foundation of NUCS's research and development is the doctoral program. We are looking forward for self-motivated individuals with high research interests in the fields of the Built Environment to carry out significant research at NUCS the Hyderabd. Our scholars will have access to an elite research environment thanks to the efforts of the Research and Development Department.

We solicit industry suggestions and encourage our prospective researchers to work on them; if they are completed successfully, a Ph.D. degree may be granted. Our professors are constantly prepared to offer innovative techno-managerial solutions to issues that businesses involved in the built environment encounter.

In my capacity as Dean of Research & Development at NUCS Hyderabad, I eagerly await cooperative suggestions from various stakeholders in order to establish an intellectual centre for the Built Environment at NUCS Hyderabad.
