Dr. Indrasen Singh did his M.E. in Urban Engineering in February 1992 from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai, in first class with distinction, and his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering in 1997 from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.

Dr. Indrasen Singh has more than 37 years of extensive experience in teaching, research, administration, strategic planning, institutional reforms, accreditation, and consultancy work in various organizations. He has more than 27 years of administrative experience in consultancy firms, research institutes, and universities as a Senior Engineer, Consultant, Deputy General Manager, General Manager, Associate Director, Professor, Professor in Charge, Dean, and Senior Professor after completing his Ph.D. in 1997 from IIT Roorkee.

His areas of research include Construction Management, Contracts and Claims Management, Project Procurement and Tendering, Risk Management, Infrastructure Operations and Management, Highway Planning and Design, Traffic Engineering and Transport Planning, Mass Transport Management, Road Safety Audit, Railway Engineering, Airport Management, etc.

He has received 47 awards from various professional bodies and societies for his outstanding contributions in the fields of education, infrastructure development, and the real estate sector.

He is responsible for the development of M.Tech programs in Transportation Engineering, Structural Engineering, and Environmental Engineering in the discipline of Civil Engineering at Lovely Professional University, Punjab. He has already worked as a key person in many World Bank and Asian Development Bank-funded projects.

He has guided 201 projects and published 179 scientific and technical papers in national and international journals and conferences, including 99 peer-reviewed journals. He has written at least 41 technical reports. He worked as a mentor for the M.S. program at BITS Pilani from July 1992 to December 1993. He has delivered expert lectures for various private and public sector companies as well as various government organisations. He also conducted MDP/EDPs and CBPs for various organisations. He was a member in technical committees of Indian Roads Congress, New Delhi. Currently, he is working as a member in technical committee of Transportation Planning and Traffic Engineering Committee of Indian Roads Congress, New Delhi. He has been a member in various advisory committees of national and international conferences. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India) and also Life Member of the Indian Roads Congress, New Delhi, Indian Building Congress, New Delhi, Institute of Urban Transport New Delhi etc. He has leadership qualities to lead multidisciplinary teams and worked at various organisations in senior management positions.

Dr. Seshadri Sekhar. T. Holds an M.Tech (Structural Engg) and PhD (Structural Engg) from JNTU, Hyderabad M.S (Software Systems) from BITS Pilani. Specialized in Structural Engineering with 33-Years of teaching and research experience. Research interests are concrete technology, structural designs, special concretes, high performance concrete, self-compacting concrete and use of micro silica, metakaolin, high volumes of fly ash in concrete. Guided five Ph.D, Seventy Five M.Tech and post graduate projects and presently one PhD candidate is working under his supervision. Published nearly 200 publications to his credit in various national, International Journals and Conferences. He is recipitant of “JNTUK Researcher of the year 2009” for Research Contribution by JNTU Kakinada and prestigious award of “Sir Mokshagundam Visveswaraya Engineer of the Year 2010” by Institution of Engineers. He is a member of ISTE, Fellow of ICI and Fellow of Institution of Engineers . Dr. Seshadri delivered a good number of invited talks, expert Lectures and keynote addresses and also chaired valuable number of sessions at various National/International Conferences/Symposia and Industry/Research organizations. Dr.B.Ravinder, Programme Director - QSCM, having an experience of 30 years, it covers construciton project execution, as well as teaching experience at various level of ediucation across the countries.. Areas of subject Interest include Qauntity take-off, Cost-built up, Engineering specfication, Contracts and contract administration/managment, Valuation of Real properties. Currently discharging duites as Head Maintenance and Refurbishment in addition to Programme Director for PGPQSCM. Since 2007, he is serving the QSCM programme. He is a resource faculty for MDP/CBPs.

Prof. (Dr.) Arun Chandramohan, Dean (Research and PhD Programmes) has more than 22 years of experince in various prestigious Institutes and Universities in India . He pursued B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Regional Engineering College Calicut (Now NITC) in 1999. He earned his Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering and Management in 2001 and in 2004, he obtained his PhD in Construction Management from the College of Engineering Guindy in Chennai. Dr. Arun had completed a number of sponsored research projects and supervised PhD students in numerous prestigious institutions in India. Prof. Mukkamala Rambabu has a diverse educational background, having completed his B.Sc in Electronics from Osmania University ,Masters in Computer Applications from IGNOU , Master of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from Nagarjuna University and is awating for PhD in Computer Science to be awarded. He further enhanced his knowledge with Post Graduate degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from NIT Warnagal.Prof.Mukkamala has been associated in teaching Post graduate and Undergraduate students for the past 20 years. Prashant Das, PhD is an associate professor of real estate in the finance & accounting area of IIM Ahmedabad. Beyond producing rigorous academic research published in leading global outlets, he is actively engaged with industry through advisory and consulting engagements. Earlier, he served in senior academic roles in Switzerland; and has worked in corporate roles in India and the US. Dr. Rahul V. Ralegaonkar is a professor of civil engineering at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur with keen interest in broad areas of Sustainable Construction Engineering. He has over 20 years of professional experience including teaching, research and consultancy of civil engineering projects & is also a certified sustainability practitioner for CSR activities. Apart from 6 research awards related to sustainable product design he is a recipient of Indo-US BHAVAN Fellowship, DST, New Delhi and honorary visiting professor post at Liverpool John Moores University, UK for the track 2019-2025. He has completed 8 R & D sponsored projects and a couple are ongoing of National and International repute. He has been awarded the technology incubation support under the Affordable Sustainable Housing Accelerator Program by the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Government of India. Seven technologies related to sustainable construction materials were granted patent, two designed software tools received copyright, over 170 publications were brought out at international and national level.

Prof. Ralegaonkar has authored two books and contributed over five chapters in international handbooks. He was Associate Dean for Training & Placement (2019-2020), Summer Internship Program Coordinator (2020-2021). Presently 9 doctoral candidates, over 60 master’s candidates and 15 graduating student groups have completed their projects under his supervision. Dr. Anil Kashyap is the first President and Chancellor of NICMAR University Pune and Hyderabad. He has 30 years of experience in practice, academia and research – both in India and abroad. In his leadership roles, Dr. Kashyap has been Head of UWE Bristol School of Geography and Environmental Management, Deputy Head of Coventry University School of Energy, Environment and Construction, and Founding Professor and Director of RICS School of Real Estate before joining NICMAR as the Director General in September 2021.

Mr. Shapoor Mistry is a noted philanthropist and has been associated with a number of charities concerning Health care (Trustee of the Masina Hospital, Dadysett Charity Trust) and Education (member of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Awards World Fellowship, U.K).

His son, Pallon Mistry, plays an active role in the management of the SP Group, and his daughter Tanya Mistry, spearheads the Group’s charitable and community outreach initiatives.

Dr. V.N. Gupchup is an eminent academician, and has been active in the field of Technical Education for over fifty years. He has provided significant leadership in the education sector in the State of Maharashtra. He was Pro-Vice Chancellor of Mumbai University, and the Director of VJTI, Mumbai.

Dr. Gupchup also served as Chairman of the National Board of Accreditation set up by the Central Government and Chairman Western Regional Committee, of the All India Council for Technical Education. Mr. Jayanta Basu assumed the position of Managing Director of ITD Cementation India Ltd on 23rd April, 2019. A graduate in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science and Technology (formerly Bengal Engineering College), Calcutta University, he has over 36 years of hands on experience in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, and Contracts Management of Heavy Civil Engineering Projects. He started his career with the company as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in 1986 and rose through the ranks to take over the mantle of Chief Operating Officer of ITD Cementation in 2017.

He is Emeritus Professor of Eminence and is the former Vice Chancellor of the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. He serves as the Adjunct Professor at University of Saskatchewan, Canada; Conjoint Professor, University of New Castle, Australia; Distinguished Adjunct Professor, IIT Guwahati and SOA University Bhubaneswar. He was conferred Padma Shri by the President of India in 2016 for his outstanding contributions to Science and Engineering. He has also been recipient of two honorary doctorates and has addressed 6 convocations of renowned universities. He is elected to the fellowship of all Science and Engineering academies in India, TWAS, RSC (UK), IChemE (UK) among others. He was elected for two prestigious foreign academies: US National Academy of Engineering (which comprises only 23 living Indians), and as a Fellow of US National Academy of Inventors in 2022 (as the second Indian to be so honoured).

Dr. Yadav has been involved with many prestigious policy making committees of the Central government and has been a consultant to industries and industry associations. His research productivity is phenomenal with supervision of 107 Doctoral and 140 Masters' theses, which is a record for any Engineering Professor in India. Furthermore, he has supervised 48 post-doctoral fellows, several summer fellows, and research staff. Currently, he is the President of the Indian Chemical Society and the Maharashtra Academy of Sciences.

Dr. Gupchup obtained his Bachelor of Engineering degree in civil engineering from VTJI, University of Bombay in 1958 and Master of Science and Doctor of Science degrees in civil engineering in 1959 and 1963 respectively, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the US.

Dr. Gupchup was a professor at the Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (formerly known as Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute) in Mumbai. He held the post of the Principal of VJTI from January 1983 to June 1992 and May 1995 to January 1997, post which, he retired after spending nearly three decades in the field of Technical Education. Dr. Gupchup was the Pro Vice Chancellor of the University of Mumbai from June 1992 to May 1995. He was also the Chairman of the 'National Board of Accreditation' set up by the All India Council for Technical Education in India from July 2000 till June 2003.

Dr. Gupchup has been active in the field of Technical Education for over 35 years, and has provided leadership in this field in the State of Maharashtra. He has contributed to various aspects of the development of Technical Education at a national level through his association with the All India Council for Technical education and the University Grants Commission. He has authored numerous technical papers, and has also presented invited lectures at several universities in the US, including Massachusetts Institute Of Technology (MIT), Northwestern University, Drexel University, Kansas State University, Texas State University, And Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.

From 2014 until 30th June 2022, Mr. Subodh C. Dixit headed the Engineering & Construction division of Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Private Limited (apart from being Executive Director on its board). During this period, he oversaw the day-to-day management of the organization, including business development and strategic planning, encompassing all projects across Commercial, Institutional, Residential, Airports, Healthcare, and Sports. Mr. Santosh Rai is the Operations Director and Chief Business Officer (CBO) at HCC Ltd. He has over 21 years of experience in the construction sector, with a core focus on business development, construction management, planning, and execution of infrastructure projects. He is a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Bapuji Institute of Engineering and Technology, Kuvempu University, Karnataka. In addition, he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Advance Construction Management from the National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), Pune.

Mr. Chavan has been in the education sector for the last 25 years, and is currently serving as a board member of renowned engineering colleges and skilling organisations. He is regional president of Mumbai region of Association of Managements of Engineering Colleges. He served as group COO and CEO of large educational organisations in Mumbai, Pune and in parts of Maharashtra. He also contributed to the Healthcare industry by turning around teaching hospitals. He is known for his expertise in governance and sustainability of educational institutions.

Dr. Metri is currently the Director of IIM Nagpur. Prior to that he was the Director of IIM Tiruchirappalli. He is serving on various committees of Higher Education in India.

Mr. M V Satish, shortly called MVS, is a Whole-time Director and Senior Executive Vice President (Buildings), Larsen & Toubro. He is responsible for the Buildings & Factories (B&F) business vertical within L&T Construction.

Having started his career in L&T as Junior Engineer, with a degree in Civil engineering from Bangalore University, Mr. Satish has completed a Senior Executive Program from London Business School. He has held various portfolios like the Regional Project Manager – Bengaluru, Chief Executive – L&T Oman LLC, Head – Commercial Buildings & Airports SBG, and Head – Buildings & Factories IC.

Mr. Satish's experience is rich and varied, courtesy his work across domains like Construction, Business Development, Contracts Management, and Property Development. With passion backed by talent, he has steadily risen the ranks, and under his watch, he has led several landmark projects to successful completion including the Chhatrapati Shivaji international Airport Mumbai, IGI Airport New Delhi, Mumbai Wankhede Stadium, and the Mahatma Mandir, among others. Mr. Satish has played a vital role in establishing L&T’s credentials in the GCC region, especially Oman, having served as Chief Executive of L&T Oman LLC. He is credited for having successfully executed the Bait Al Barakah Royal Palace @ Muscat, Duqm Airport @ Oman, Salalah Greenfield Airport project, and the NMC Hospital in Abu Dhabi. Under his leadership, B&F has executed a world class FIFA stadium, the Ahmed bin Ali Stadium at Al Rayyan, Qatar. This is one of the stadiums which was used for FIFA 2022, and has over 40,000 seats.

Mr. Satish drives L&T’s expertise of ‘Design and Build’ construction solutions on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) turnkey basis, and is a pioneer in adopting latest construction technologies. Under his leadership, B&F IC created the first ever G+1 building using 3D printing with reinforcement and using local materials at Kanchipuram. He has created the B&F fast business, which aims to radically change the way we construct buildings. This business has constructed a complex for a prestigious client in a record 45 days.

A firm believer in safety, Mr. Satish spearheads the implementation of the latest construction practices at project sites across India and GCC, and as the organization embraces digitalization in its myriad manifestations, Mr. Satish is leading the charge by driving greater espousal of digitalization across his various spheres of operation with extremely encouraging results.

 Prof. Raosaheb K. Kale is a renowned educationist who served as the Founding Vice-Chancellor (VC) of the Central University of Gujarat (CUG). With 40 years at Jawaharlal Lal Nehru University (JNU), he taught at the School of Life Sciences  and made significant contributions in the areas of Cancer and Radiation Research. Alongside, Prof. Kale also served in various capacities such as the Dean, School of Life Sciences, Chief Proctor and Dean of Students. In addition, he has served as Member/Chairperson of the Committees of the statutory bodies of the Central Government.

Prof. Uday N. Gaitonde retired from IIT Bombay where he was on the faculty of Mechanical Engineering for about 40 years.  His contributions include teaching (thermal engineering), and research and consultancy (power plants, numerical schemes).  He has been honoured as a professor emeritus by IIT Bombay in 2022.  Professor Gaitonde received his BTech and PhD degrees from IIT Bombay in 1973 and 1977.

Dr. Sushma S. Kulkarni currently serves as the Vice Chancellor of NICMAR University, Pune, and Chair of the Global Engineering Deans Council (GEDC).
She has completed her Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (2003), M.E. in Construction Management (1993), from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, India, and B.E. in Civil Engineering (1987), from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, India. She has 37 years of experience in teaching and research within the field of civil engineering, her expertise encompasses concrete technology, Total Quality Management (TQM), construction management, watershed management, outcome-based education, and women's empowerment.
Dr. Kulkarni has been honored with over 35+ awards for her exceptional contributions to academia and administration.
Her scholarly contributions include more than 155+ research papers and two provisional patents. She has also delivered over 150+ expert keynote sessions and. Under her guidance, 5 students have completed their Ph.D. and 7 are pursuing it. She has also guided 70+ UG & PG students in their research projects.
In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Kulkarni is actively involved with professional organizations such as GEDC, the Institution of Engineers India (IEI), and the Indo-Universal Collaboration for Engineering Education (IUCEE) Foundation. Serving as an Editor for the "Journal of Engineering Education Transformation" (JEET), a Scopus-indexed 11 and UGC CARE II-recognized International journal.

Prof. K.K. Aggarwal, President, South Asian University (A University established by SAARC Nations) is Former Chairman, National Board of Accreditation, India, Former Founder Vice Chancellor, GGS Indraprastha University, Delhi and Former Chairman, Board of Governors, MNIT, Jaipur.
Prof. Aggarwal obtained his Engineering Degree from Punjab University and Masters degree from Kurukshetra University securing First position in both. Later, he did his Ph.D. in Reliability Evaluation and Optimization also from Kurukshetra University. In 1975, he rose to the level of Professor at an age of 27½ years, probably the youngest person in the world to have achieved this level. After a distinguished service of 27 years at NIT, Kurukshetra, Prof. Aggarwal was appointed Pro Vice-Chancellor, Guru Jambheshwar University (Technical University of Haryana), Hisar for a period of three years, and then in 1998 appointed as Founder Vice Chancellor of GGS Indraprastha University, Delhi. He continued on this position up to November, 2008.
He has been President of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) for the period 2002-2004. During this period, this Institution witnessed an unprecedented growth and made a remarkable impact on the society in general & IT professionals in particular. He also served as Sectional President (IT & CS Section) in the Indian Science Congress Association, President, Computer Society of India for the period 2007-2009 and President of South East Asia Regional Computer Confederation (SEARCC) for the years 2008-10. He is also the Academy Professor of AcSIR of CSIR.
Prof. Aggarwal has extensively worked in various fields of Electronics and Computer Engineering. Has published about 400 papers in the reputed journals - about 50% of these in international journals. He has been invited to deliver lectures in several Universities in India and abroad, such as University of Berkley, USA; University of Cincinnati, USA; Florida State University, USA; University of Birmingham, UK; Technical University of Germany, etc.
Prof. Aggarwal did not confine his contribution to the academic field alone and instead made a very strong impact in the industrial world. He delivered lectures in several industrial organisations and conducted programmes for many important industrial houses such as Tata Consultancy Services, BHEL, TVS Electronics, DCM Data Systems, Central Mechanical Engineering Research Institute, Electronics Corporation of India, BEL, ISRO, Defence Research Labs., etc. He has been widely consulted by the industry, most notable being his contribution towards the Reliability Analysis for PSLV (Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle). He delivered a talk on Reliable Automotive Electronics in Ford Motors, Detroit, USA and also conducted a full day program for Information Management Resources, Florida, USA.
Prof. Aggarwal has written few books and many of his articles have appeared in several books published by IEEE of USA. A couple of years ago, he authored a book on Reliability Engineering which is published by Kluwer Academic, Netherland/USA/ UK. His latest book on Software Engineering published in 2001 has already seen several reprints.
Prof. Aggarwal was honoured by the Reliability Society of IEEE, USA for his services as Guest Editor for the special issue on “State of Reliability Effort of the Indian Sub-Continent”. He was declared as the Man of Decade, Man of the Century and finally Man of the Millennium by American Bibliographical Institute, USA. He was also awarded Delhi Ratan by the All-India Conference of Intellectuals. International Biographical Centre, England has published his biography in “The First Five Hundred – at the new millennium” in July 2000. The Broadcast Engineering Society of India honoured him by conferring Honorary Fellowship on him in February, 2001 and the Computer Society of India Conferred the Fellowship on him in 2003. Prof. Aggarwal was conferred Distinguished Fellowship in 2010 and the very First Life Time Achievement Award in 2011 by the Institute of Electronics and Tele-Communication Engineers, India. Computer Society of India also conferred the Life Time Achievement Award on Prof. Aggarwal during 2016.

Sri K. Bikshapathi did his Bachelors in Engineering from Osmania University in the year 1981. He did M.E. (Geotechnical) from Osmania University in the year 1987. In 2003, he also did three months Certificate Course in “e-governance Champions” programme from IIM, Ahmedabad.

Joined in Roads & Buildings Department, Govt. of A.P. in 1982 as Deputy Executive Engineer through Public Service Commission direct recruitment exam , attained Engineer-in-Chief position in 2013 in Andhra Pradesh State and retired in 2017 in Telangana state. A Mechanical Engineer from Kakinada Engineering college under Board of Technical Institute, Mr. Acharyulu joined HCC in 1970 as Junior Mechanical Engineer at Idukki Hydroelectric power project in Kerala.

Then he was moved to Construction Engineering and Methodology Group (CEMG) in 2001 as head for two years where focus was given in preparing the Methodology document with right Equipments and time cycle for desired productivity.
He became Project Controller of the water Vertical in 2007 when the organization was restructured to form four Business verticals, which were the profit centers right from acquisition of order till commissioning and handing over the project to client. During this period, he has successfully secured a mega lift irrigation project of Rs. 1800 crores in EPC, which was the largest in the country at that time with about 120MW multiple pump stations lifting the water from river bed +70 by about +350 meters and conveying the water through 3 to 1.5meter dia. pipe liners for a length of 400KM by limiting the import substitution to barely 15% of EM package, all metallic volute High Head & high discharge pumps were manufactured in India except Impeller and bearings.
Following the economic slowdown in India, the business verticals were merged back in 2011 and Mr. Acharyulu was given responsibility of the Claims Task Force, a newly formed wing of the contract Management Department, to identify & expedite the filing of claims and refer to arbitration with close monitoring till the awards are obtained.
Mr. Acharyulu became the Chief operating Officer of HCC in mid of 2012 the responsibility he handled for two years and then was given Business Development/sales and Tendering in beginning of 2014 with the sole aim to build order book.
He had widely travelled Europe, USA and southeast countries in connection with company’s business and participated National and International seminars. He believes in success with a motivated team in every department he handles.
He is from Andhra Pradesh, having been relieved in 2016, but taken on HCC board as Independent Director since then and was a member in various Board Committees till 2024. However, he is shifted to Hyderabad in 2021 settled with his family. He has one son, and daughter is married & employed in USA since 2000.

Prof. Uday N. Gaitonde retired from IIT Bombay where he was on the faculty of Mechanical Engineering for about 40 years.  His contributions include teaching (thermal engineering), and research and consultancy (power plants, numerical schemes).  He has been honoured as a professor emeritus by IIT Bombay in 2022.  Professor Gaitonde received his BTech and PhD degrees from IIT Bombay in 1973 and 1977.

Retired professor of IIM Ahmedabad. Currently the distinguished professor at Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information & Technology. Taught and visited at universities in US, Canada, Sweden, UK and Singapore.

Prof. Kavita Daryani Rao has been a committed academician in architecture. She has been recognized as a committed teacher and for her student-friendly attitude. She completed her doctoral research in 2001, in the field of Low-income Housing. She continued her research in this area, with funding from the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi.

She has held several administrative positions in the University including Head of Department, Additional Controller of Exams, Director of Evaluation and Registrar. She contributed towards automation of the Examination sections in JNTU and JNAFAU. She was appointed as Vice-Chancellor for two terms in JNAFAU, in 2017, and 2021. She took several initiatives towards developing the University to take on contemporary challenges, to become a recognized knowledge centre in the country and to develop a global presence.

She has been awarded by Indian Institute of Designers, Hyderabad Regional Centre in 2013, and by the Government of Telangana in 2018, for her contribution to education. She was nominated by the State Government as Member, Council of Architecture for two terms, where she contributed through several committees.

Dr. Arun, graduated in Civil Engineering from Calicut Regional Engineering College, Kerala (Presently NIT Calicut) in the year 1999. He did his masters in Construction Engineering and Management in 2001 and PhD in the area of Construction Management in the year 2004 from College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai.

He worked as Project Engineer at Construction wing of Pioneer Group of Companies, Chennai for brief period. He started his academic career as Teaching/Research Associate at College of Engineering., Guindy from 2001. He worked as Assistant Professor at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2004 to 2007 and served as Associate Professor at NIT Calicut till 2014 prior to his association with NICMAR.

Dr. Arun was the Principal Investigator of various multi-disciplinary research projects in the area of sustainable construction, productivity assessment of construction workers. He was the part of various committees of Bureau of Indian standards to develop and modify the Indian Standard codes related to construction management.

He has more than 25 research publications in various reputed international journals and conferences. He had been mentoring research students in various premier institutions in India for their doctoral and master programmes. He is associated with various consultancy activities for government and private agencies throughout his career in the field of Project risk assessment, constructability, repair and rehabilitation of heritage structures. He is member of various professional associations and is reviewer for many international journals. He has delivered expert lectures at various conferences and training programs across India.

Prof. (Dr.) R. Sathish Kumar, currently serving as Professor and Dean Academics at NICMAR University of Construction Studies (NUCS), Hyderabad- Telangana has over 34 years of experience in academics as well as in construction industry. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University Kerala, Masters in Civil Engineering from IIT Madras and Ph D in Civil Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad, India. He has been involved in research projects sponsored by DST, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. He also worked in the construction industry specialized in the construction of rigs in Oil and Gas Industry. He has been a part of lot of consultancy works in the area of quality testing of construction materials, high performance concrete, high strength concrete, self-compacting concrete etc. He is also involved in Geo technical investigations of highways and runways and was a member of third-party investigation team for the quality management of pavements in Karnataka, India. He is the recipient of Teaching Excellence awards from NICMAR for the year 2013, 2017 and 2019 and Research Excellence award for the year 2019. He is also the recipient of commendation from “His Excellency Governor” of Karnataka for winning laurels to Karnataka State as an Airforce NCC Officer.

Dr. Venkatesan has been awarded a Ph.D. from the Department of Civil Engineering, IIT-Madras in the area of Construction Management (2010). Dr. Venkatesan has pursued his Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource & System Management (2000), Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (1988) and Diploma in Civil Engineering (1981). Dr. Venkatesan has been associated with the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) in numerous capacities for a period of 29 years and took a Voluntary Retirement (VRS), while he was serving as Executive Engineer, later He headed the Management Development Center (MDC) of Consolidated Construction Consortium Ltd (CCCL), Chennai for a period of 3.5 years. Also served as a Director in Engineering Project Management Consultancy and Research (EPMCR), an incubated company of IIT-Madras for a period of 8 months. After fruitful service of 33 years in the industry, Dr. Venkatesan has moved into the Academic sector to contribute his learnings to enrich the student community as well as work in further research pursuits. Dr. P. Hanumantha Rao is currently working as Sr. Associate Professor at National Institute of Construction Management and Research, Hyderabad, India. His academic qualification includes master’s degree in management and doctorate in commerce. His teaching interests are Financial Statement Analysis, Project Formulation & Appraisal, Project Financing etc. He has been in academics for the past 20 years. Prof (Dr).B.Ravinder earned Ph.D (Management) from KL university, Master of Philosophy (HR) from Sri Venkateswara University; Master’s degree in Business Administration (Technology Management) Osmania University, M.Tech (Hydraulics and Water Resources Engineering) JNTU; PG Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Valuation Annamalai University, B.E(Civil engg) from Osmania University. Dr.B.Ravinder gained a total 30 years of experience in which he has spared 21 year in academics in India as well as across the countries, balance period he has spent in project construction/s in India as well as across the countries. Prior to joining NICMAR, Dr.B.Ravinder served National Academy of Construction (NAC), Hyderabad for skills imparting to youngster’s as well to untrained experienced technician’s in the capacity of Assistant Director (Trg). Dr. Balasubramani Mahesh, Head of the Department of the flagship programme of NICMAR – Advanced Construction Management, holds a Doctor of Philosophy and a Masters Degree in Construction Management from IIT Madras. He is actively engaged in collaborative research on BIM with Imperial College London and IIT Madras. A part of his doctoral dissertation involved research on the 6D BIM implementation in the Nagpur Metro. He was also engaged in joint exercises on BIM with University of Twente. As a practitioner and former employee of Larsen & Toubro Construction, he was engaged in integrating BIM for non-design functions. His other research interests pertain to Project Organizing, Megaproject Management, Circular Construction and Infrastructure Performance Improvement.

Dr. Seshadri Sekhar. T. Holds an M.Tech (Structural Engg) and PhD (Structural Engg) from JNTU, Hyderabad M.S (Software Systems) from BITS Pilani. Specialized in Structural Engineering with 33-Years of teaching and research experience. Research interests are concrete technology, structural designs, special concretes, high performance concrete, self-compacting concrete and use of micro silica, metakaolin, high volumes of fly ash in concrete. Guided five Ph.D, Seventy Five M.Tech and post graduate projects and presently one PhD candidate is working under his supervision. Published nearly 200 publications to his credit in various national, International Journals and Conferences. He is recipitant of “JNTUK Researcher of the year 2009” for Research Contribution by JNTU Kakinada and prestigious award of “Sir Mokshagundam Visveswaraya Engineer of the Year 2010” by Institution of Engineers. He is a member of ISTE, Fellow of ICI and Fellow of Institution of Engineers . Dr. Seshadri delivered a good number of invited talks, expert Lectures and keynote addresses and also chaired valuable number of sessions at various National/International Conferences/Symposia and Industry/Research organizations. Dr D. RAMA SESHU, Professor (HAG) of Civil Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Warangal was born on 15th August 1964 in Khammam. He had his high school education in Khammam and has obtained B.E (Civil Engg) from OU College of Engg, Hyderabad in 1985, M.E (Structural Engg) from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in 1987 and Ph.D, from Regional Engineering College, Warangal (presently NIT Warangal) in 1995.

Prof. Rama Seshu has joined RECW / NITW in 1990 after working for three years in KITS, Warangal. He has more than 35 years of teaching and research experience. He taught several courses at B.Tech and M.Tech levels with a good practice of sharing latest practical information.

Prof. Rama Seshu has 05 patents (05-Granted) in the field of concrete materials and structures. He has guided more than 90 PG dissertation works and supervised 06 Ph.Ds in the field of Structural Engineering. He has more than 130 research publications to his credit in International / National journals and conferences of repute related to concrete materials and structures. He has carried out several consultancies which include design of scaffolding bridges, punch entry and underground mine support systems for SCCL, Blast fence for Hyderabad Airport, Design of Prefabrication yard-Veligonda Tunnel project, Structural soundness of Estate & Factory buildings of Ordinance factory Medak and Load testing and NDT evaluation of Bridges, PEB Structures, Repair and rehabilitation of concrete structures etc.

Prof. Rama Seshu has received ‘Outstanding Concrete Engineer’ award for the year 2023 from the Indian Concrete Institute (ICI) – Ultratech, Warangal, Telangana state. He is an alternate member of Bureau Indian standards (BIS): CED 2.2 -Concrete subcommittee representing NIT Warangal, Member of IRC B-5: Steel and Composite committee, Fellow member of Institution of Engineers (India) and Member of Indian Concrete Institute (ICI) and Indian society for technical education (ISTE). He is a Reviewer for Int.Jl of Structural Engg & Mechanics – Korea, ASCE-Materials and Adjudicator of PhD Thesis, Member-BoS and Research Advisory Board of several universities.

Prof. Rama Seshu visited Singapore and Indonesia for presenting research papers in International conferences. He has been delivering keynote and extension lectures at several organizations which include ESCI, VMC, I&CAD, APGENCO, OU, JNTU, AU, SVU and other Universities.

Currently working as Chief Finance officer of Greenko group heading finance of 19 GW of renewable and renewable storage assets in various stages of operations and implementation . Prior to this was CFO of Sembcorp Green Infra Limited and grew with the company from 700 MW in operation at the time of joining to 2.5 GW at the time of exit. Started career at Tata steel Jamshedpur as a graduate trainee engineer after which was placed in power engineering department as steam turbine engineer. Held various positions in India as manager, reliance power and director finance, AES CESCO till 2000. During the tenure in AES India, was involved in Odisha power sector reforms. Moved to AES London in 2001 and was involved in mergers and acquisition and project development of power projects in Netherland, Czech Republic and Poland. Returned to India in 2002 and joined Tata power and led finance and acquisition of Tata power North Delhi power distribution business. Was the founder CFO of the joint venture of Tata power and PGCIL executed the first private sector transmission project . In USA based multinational First Solar as Country Finance Director was involved development of Solar project and grew the company from startup to 260MW. Main skill lies in fundraising where he has raised more than ₹50000 crores from India and overseas and also in merger and acquisition, due diligence of power projects. is also a visiting faculty for many peace schools in the country, Holds a bachelor of engineering from NIT Jamshedpur and PGDM from Xavier Institute of management, Bhubaneswar .

Dr. Sarbesh Mishra started his career with Power Management Institute (PMI), NTPC Ltd, NOIDA in 2001 as a Research Associate in a major research project under the guidance of Prof. A.P DASH, Principal Investigator, Senior Faculty, PMI, NTPC Ltd which gave him the direction to pursue his PhD in the field of “Power Sector Reforms and it’s critical examination”.

In 2002, Dr Mishra joined University of Delhi as faculty member of commerce and continued till 2005, during that period he successfully completed M.Phil degree and enrolled for PhD program. He was awarded with PhD in the year of 2008 and was one of the youngest researchers to be awarded. He regularly presents papers in different national and international conferences; he has presented his paper at St. Petersburg, Russia on invitation from Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS).

His PhD in “Power Sector Reforms in India: A Critical Appraisal of Orissa’s Reforms Experience” received many accolades from the industry and academia. This thesis was published in the form of the book by M/s LAP Lambert Academic Publishing, Germany. He has presented the paper at National University, Singapore related to his research finding, titled “Turnaround of GRIDCO, Orissa: A case Study” detailing the reason for failure of unbundling of SEB. He has been visiting Middle East nations for academic engagements. He has authored several papers in reputed national and international journals. His areas of specialisation are in the field of Cost Management viz. Infrastructure / Project finance, Project financing and structuring, Risk Project Management, Building Economics, Project Insurance, etc. and he regularly addresses the need of the industry through his participation in national / international conferences. He has developed cross-functional area of interest are in the field of Insurance and Risk Management and he has authored couple of papers and books. Dr. Srihari Vedartham, graduated in Civil Engineering from S V University, Tirupathi in the year 1991. He did his masters in Environmental Engineering in 1996 at Mysore University through GATE-94 and obtained his PhD through DST sponsored project in the area of wastewater treatment in the year 2008 from SASTRA University, Thanjavur.

He started his academic career as Lecturer at Shanmugha College of Engineering., Thanjavur from 1997. He worked more than 12 years at SASTRA university in Department of Civil Engineering till 2009 prior to his association with NICMAR.

Dr. Srihari was the Principal Investigator/co-investigator of various multi-disciplinary research projects in the area of water and wastewater treatment and bio-gas generation. During his 27 years of professional experience, he handled most of the civil engineering subjects at UG and PG level. He has published 35 papers in International journals, 23 in National journals, 25 in National/International Conferences/seminars and 4 Book chapters in different publications. He is reviewer of various Elsevier journals. He has undertaken various DST projects at different levels.

Dr Srihari served as Deputy Dean in NICMAR from 2010-2018 and has taken a responsibility of Controller of Examination, Admissions and academic activities. presently extending his service as Dean, School of Energy and Clean Technology. He was a keynote speaker to various international/national conferences and delivered more than 25 guest lecturers at various universities and engineering colleges. He worked as Board of Studies (BOS) member with various universities and institutes while designing their curriculum.
