My Job role requires me to manage both technical and commercial bids of international tenders. Sometimes it is limited to documentation, coordination, Primavera scheduling & estimation and Costing, Vendor Coordination, cash flow statement etc. while rest of the times I need to prepare compatibility presentation while in pre-qualification stage.

NICMAR and its faculty have guided me in technical areas and in generating meaningful conversations with people, which I think is the most important benefit wherever I go. As the curriculum revolved around the current scenarios in the market and its technological needs, we were equipped with the software and knowledge when we entered any industry.

I am currently working as BIM 4D and 5D Coordinator in TATA PROJECTS LIMITED. My Role is to link the Project schedule and Cost details to 3D BIM models of Residential, Commercial and Infra projects, to generate monthly reports consisting Planned Vs Actual Simulation, Look Ahead Plans with Quantities etc on Platforms like Autodesk Assemble and Bexel Manager.

NICMAR has helped me to gain a management perspective with the foundation of technical knowledge of Construction projects which is acting as a catalys my career to grow and enhance my participation in Major Construction projects.
